Bibimbop is one of Korea’s favorite signature dishes which translates “rice mixed with meat and assorted vegetables”. It is served in a bowl of rice with a variety of seasoned vegetables, choice of meat, seafood or tofu and topped with an egg and sesame seeds. Add Gochujang (Korean chili paste) or Ganjang (house soy) to make it even more flavorful.

What a great experience. I might even come back this weekend. Very clean inside area. The lady at the front register was super helpful explaining the menu. My tip is to order 'everything' for vegetables if you are not too picky. Great way to try new things that you would usually get. Each vegetable side is separated so if you don't like something you can take it off. I loved it all. Also, you can try out each of the 4 sauces and don't need to commit to just 1. Very happy I came here. 5 stars. Easy review to write.

This place is delicious! I love building my own bowl. Their kimchi rice is so flavorful and unique. It makes the perfect base for a bowl with their delicious spicy beef. I'm craving a bowl just talking about it. The service is always really friendly and timely as well.

This place is delicious!! They serve different variations of bibimbop (only) and let you build your own! Let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised at how all the flavors and textures married so well together. The serving size is perfect, not too little and not too much. The restaurant is clean and protected for covid. I would definitely come again!

Burning Rice is a fast-casual restaurant in an underserved and untapped Korean BBQ space with aggressive growth and proven operational systems. Our store design, benchmarked COGS, and broad demographic appeal are all part of the ingredients that help set our franchise system up for success.
HOW LONG IS INVESTMENT RETURN?
So many factors go into a ROI determination. Location, demographics, rent, labor, and sales are just a few to consider. Analyst say 3-5 years would be a good return in the restaurant industry.
WHERE CAN I OPEN A STORE?
Currently we are considering applicants in DFW, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio for 2022. We highly recommend you submit your information for other area consideration in the near future.
DO I HAVE TO WORK IN MY STORE?
The success rate of hands-on owner operators in restaurants has been proven to be much higher and we highly recommend that you are, but we do only require that a designated approved general manager be present for your day to day operations.
WHAT DOES THE TYPICAL FINANCIAL MODEL LOOK LIKE?
Based on the new business model, each location will be 1500-2000 square foot. The initial investment of owning a single store is $296,000 - $494,500.
